Preparing for a jeep tour in Canyon de Chelly National Monument-
*Wear good walking/hiking shoes
*Bring sunscreen
*Bring a lunch and have plenty of water –several bottles per person
if taking the 6 hour tour.
*Bring along some money as there are stops where interesting
Navajo jewely and rock art is sold.
*Be prepared to get a bit dirty especially if the water is
running high on the floor of Canyon de Chelly.
Be aware of the weather and dress accordingly
*Don’t forget a camera!
